A pulse survey, an internal poll, an auto-graded quiz for people who are already signed in to your tenant — a tool that is included in Microsoft 365, needs no new vendor and drops results where staff already work is exactly right for that. The time to move is when the form faces outward or the responses have a lifecycle: strangers fill it in, files come with it, money changes hands, or someone approves, chases and answers for each response afterwards.
Do people filling a Faldaro form need an account?
No. Public forms are anonymous by design — no sign-in for anything, including file uploads. The link itself is the only credential: an unguessable token you can rotate if it spreads further than you meant, without taking the form down. Anonymous submission is throttled and can require a captcha, because a form for strangers needs hardening a tenant-internal one never did.
Can I bring the responses I already have?
Yes. Export your responses to Excel, save them as CSV and import the file: columns map to your fields by header, and every imported record is marked as imported in the audit log. The import replays nothing — no notifications, no integrations, no freshly minted reference numbers — so history arrives quietly, as records.
