How Faldaro works, stated plainly. Each guide describes mechanisms you can verify, in the order you will meet them. New here? Start with getting started, then core concepts.

Building forms
- Formulas & logic Computed fields, operators, what rules can do, and why the server owns every total.
- Workflows Draw the states and moves, decide who may take each, attach effects and deadlines, and see why a move is withheld.
- Field library Reusable field groups, inserted by copy so published forms stay immutable.
- Datasets Reference tables that supply field options, including cascading dropdowns.
- Reference numbers Counters that issue formatted references, allocated once and never reissued.
Working with data
Sending & delivering
- Documents PDFs generated from a submission: templates, merging, conditions and limits.
- Notifications Email templates, who receives them, and what happens when mail does not arrive.
- Payments Server-priced payments through your own Stripe account, splits and refunds.
- E-signatures Per-signer signing links from a workflow, with an evidence trail and a certificate on the signed PDF.
- Digital products Deliver files to submitters, gated on payment when the rules priced one.
Access & sharing
- Public forms Tokenized links, what they deliberately withhold, translating a form, and branding.
- Partner sharing Let a partner organization use your form without either side seeing the other’s data.
- Users & roles Privileges, roles, the organization tree, invitations and deactivation.
- Single sign-on Sign in through your own identity provider over OIDC.
Connecting & extending
- Integrations & webhooks Zapier, Slack and signed webhooks — including how to verify a delivery.
- Email-to-form Forward a message to a form’s own address and it becomes a submission, sender verified.
- API keys Machine credentials that hold exactly the privileges you grant them.
- API reference The versioned HTTP API: evaluate a payload, file a submission, rate limits.
- MCP server Connect Claude and other MCP clients to your account with an API key.
- AI & agents The assistant, inline AI and standing agents — and the limits on all three.
