Submission management software
Submission management, from the form to the decision
Applications, claims and requests from outside your organization — collected on a form, routed through review, approved from an inbox, answered with a document, and tracked by the submitter on a status link. One platform instead of a form tool, a spreadsheet and an email thread.
The whole lifecycle
Six things a submission needs after it arrives
A form builder does the first. The rest is where the work — and the mistakes — used to live.
-
Collect
Public forms on an unguessable link, multi-page with conditional logic, file uploads, payments and 24 languages — or an email address per form, so forwarded mail becomes a submission too. Import the PDF you already use and it becomes the form.
-
Route
Every submission gets a state, an owner and, if you want one, a reference number. Rules assign it, a board shows the queue, and deadlines move what stalls. Datasets and indexed fields make the list filter fast.
-
Decide
Approval steps drawn as a diagram, approvers who decide from an email with no account, and conditions that gate each move. Totals and scores are computed on the server, so the figure a reviewer sees is one nobody typed in.
-
Respond
Each decision can send the email, generate the letter or certificate as a PDF, request an e-signature or a payment, and hand the submitter a status link that shows where their submission is.
-
Report
Group and total live submissions, share a report as a public page or a weekly digest, and — for the pattern-minded — ask for statistical insights and predictions over the history.
-
Keep the record
The submission keeps the exact form version it was filled against, its documents and an append-only audit log of every move. Settling a dispute is a read, not a reconstruction.
The details: form builder, approval workflows, records and status links, documents and payments and reports.
What arrives
Built for work that comes from outside
Nothing in Faldaro is specific to one industry — a folder of forms, a workflow and a few rules cover each of these.
-
Applications
Grants, memberships, vendors, jobs, event stalls — review, decide, notify.
-
Claims and requests
Insurance claims, certificate and loss run requests, maintenance and project requests.
-
Registrations and orders
Events and digital products, with payment priced on the server.
-
Reports and incidents
Inspections and incidents that need follow-through, not just a spreadsheet row.
Questions
Submission management, plainly
What is submission management software?
Software for everything that happens after someone outside your organization sends you something — an application, a claim, a request, a registration. A form builder stops at collecting it; submission management carries it through review, decisions, documents and follow-up, and keeps the record.
Do the people submitting need an account?
No. They fill a public link — or forward an email to the form’s own address — and can follow progress on a status link or in a no-account portal that lists their own submissions. Submitters are never seats on your bill.
Can reviewers outside our team take part?
Yes. Approvers decide from an email link with no account, and partner organizations can submit through your forms from their own workspace, their submissions isolated from each other by the database.
How is it priced?
There is a Free plan with the builder, workflows, approvals, status links and reports. Paid plans are a flat monthly price for your team with seats for the people who work the submissions — never per submitter. See the pricing page for the details.
Can we move off it later?
Yes. Reports export to CSV on plans that include exporting, submissions are reachable through the API, and generated documents are ordinary PDFs.
