Questions

Templates, plainly

Are the templates free?

Yes — every template is available on every plan, the Free plan included. A template is a starting point, not a product: picking one creates an ordinary draft form in your account, and nothing about it is locked afterwards.

Can I change the fields, the calculations or the workflow?

All of it. A template opens in the builder as an unpublished draft — the same thing you would have built by hand — so every field, formula, state and move is yours to edit, and the form only starts accepting submissions once you publish it.

What happens when I click “Use this template”?

You sign in (or create a free account), the template loads into the builder as a draft, and you edit from there. Nothing is published and nothing is public until you decide it is.

Why do some templates include a workflow?

Because for most of these forms, the submission is the start of the work rather than the end of it. A support request gets resolved, an application gets a decision, an expense gets approved — the included workflow names those states and the moves between them, and you can rename or redraw all of it.

A working form in the next five minutes

Pick a template, make it yours in the builder, publish a public link — the Free plan covers all of it.

No card required.
