Every form gets an email address
Half the work that belongs on a form arrives as an email instead. Give the form its own address, and forwarding that email files it: fields filled from the message, attachments attached, the sender verified against SPF and DKIM, and the workflow already moving.

A message to a form’s address becomes a submission like any other: validation runs, formulas are computed on the server, the workflow starts, notifications and integrations fire, and an on-submission agent can triage it. Work that used to sit in an inbox lands as a record with a state.

Only senders you named
An allowlist per address — a mailbox, or a whole domain — checked against what the sender’s mail cryptographically proved, never against the From line alone. New addresses start with an empty list that refuses everyone, because an address nobody vouched for should accept nothing.

AI reads the message into your fields
“New claim for the Henderson job, $4,200, needs doing by the 14th” lands on client, amount and due date. The model may only fill fields the form declares, values are coerced to each field’s type, and your explicit mappings always win — an extraction is a guess, configuration is intent.

Attachments ride along
Files on the message become files on the submission, mapped onto a file field of your choosing. The forwarded invoice is attached to the record it created, not stranded in whoever’s mailbox it arrived in.

Nothing vanishes into a spam folder
Every message is a row in the Inbound mail queue: filed ones link to their submission, held ones say why in plain words — with the sender’s SPF and DKIM verdict beside them — and a held message is retried in one click once the cause is fixed. The original .eml stays downloadable.

Who can send to a form’s address?
Only senders you named. Every address carries an allowlist — a mailbox, or a whole domain — and an empty allowlist refuses everyone, deliberately: an address that accepted mail the moment it existed would be an open relay into your forms. The address itself is an unguessable token, rotated in one click if it spreads too far.
What stops someone faking the sender?
The From line on an email is text anyone can type, so Faldaro never trusts it on its own. A message counts as being from a domain only when that domain proved it — an SPF pass or a DKIM signature that aligns with the From address, the same standard the big mail providers hold each other to. A sender whose domain proves nothing is held for review, with the reason spelled out.
What happens to attachments?
They become real files on the submission, on whichever file field you mapped — same as if someone had uploaded them on the form. The PDF a broker forwards you arrives attached to the record it created.
What if a message can’t be filed?
It is held, never dropped. The Inbound mail queue shows every message with what its sender proved and, for held ones, the reason in plain words — sender not on the allowlist, nothing authenticated the domain, the data failed the form’s own validation. Fix the cause and press Retry; a retry can never file the same message twice.
Can I just forward things from my own inbox?
Yes — that is the everyday use. Forward the broker’s email, the supplier’s invoice, the enquiry that arrived in the wrong place, and it is filed on the right form with you as a verified sender. Your own provider signs your forward, which is exactly the identity your allowlist names.
