What Faldaro connects to today. Records go out to the tools you already run, payments land in your own Stripe account, people sign in the way your organization already does, and your software and your AI models drive it with exactly the access you grant.
Send records onward
Rules and workflow moves deliver to a connection by its name, never by URL. Every delivery is a queued row first, retried with backoff and visible in a log.
- Zapier Automation Send created, updated and transitioned submissions to a Zapier catch hook, and from there to the thousands of apps Zapier reaches. Every delivery is signed.
- Slack Messaging Post a card to a channel when a record arrives or moves: its name, stage and leading fields, with a button back to the record. Submitted text is escaped, so a stranger cannot ping the channel.
- Webhooks Any HTTPS endpoint POST a JSON envelope to your own systems, signed with HMAC-SHA256 and a timestamp you can check for replays. Hosts are allow-listed by the operator; redirects are never followed.

The price is computed on the server from the answers; the page never states it.
Sign people in
Identity comes from where your people already are.
- Single sign-on (OIDC) Identity Sign in through your organization’s own OpenID Connect identity provider on Enterprise, with sessions scoped to your organization and the organizations beneath it.
- Google sign-in Identity Create an account or sign in with a Google account, on every plan.
- Passkeys Identity Sign in with the device’s own biometrics or security key, no password to leak.
Let software and AI drive it
Machine access holds exactly the privileges you grant it — the same authorization every person passes through.
- MCP server AI clients Connect Claude Desktop, Claude Code or any Model Context Protocol client with an API key. The model builds forms, files submissions and runs reports with that key’s permissions and no more.
- REST API Developers A versioned API to evaluate a payload against a form’s rules without storing it, or file a submission, with keys scoped to explicit privileges.
Bring work in
Not everything arrives through a link.
- Email Inbound Give a form its own address. A forwarded message becomes a submission, attachments attached and the sender verified against the domain’s own SPF and DKIM.
- Your website Embed Embed any public form or shared report chart in your own pages with a snippet from the share panel, or hand out a QR code for the paper world.
- Spreadsheets CSV Import history from any form tool as CSV — reference numbers and workflow states included — and export records or report results the same way.
