A grant round run on a mailbox and a spreadsheet can rarely answer the one question that matters afterwards: why this application and not that one. Faldaro keeps the criteria, the scores and the decisions in the same place as the applications.

  • One link, however many applicants

    A tokenised public link takes applications from people who will never have a login — supporting documents attached, submission throttled against runaway scripts, and nothing on the page that reveals your internal fields.

  • Scoring that is written down

    Eligibility checks and weighted scores are formulas evaluated on the server, so every application is assessed by the same rule rather than by whoever opened it first. Change the rule and the change is versioned.

  • A round that moves in steps

    Received, Eligible, Shortlisted, Awarded, Declined — each transition gated by a privilege, so shortlisting and awarding are different powers held by different people. A rule can notify the applicant as it moves.

  • Reference numbers and a record

    Each application is allocated its reference once and keeps it through every edit — the number on the acknowledgement email is still the number a year later, and the append-only log says who decided what.

Can applicants apply without an account?

Yes. Publish a link for the application form and anyone holding it can apply, attachments included. The link carries an unguessable token rather than the form’s id, so the range cannot be walked, and revoking an over-shared link is a rotation.

Can applicants see their score?

No, and not by accident — the public response deliberately carries no formula text, no rules and no calculated values. Scoring happens on the server, is visible to your reviewers, and never turns the application form into an oracle for the criteria behind it.

Can an outside review panel see the applications?

Invite reviewers into your organisation by email with a narrow role — read and move applications, change nothing else. Submissions are never shared across organisations, deliberately: cross-organisation sharing lets a partner submit through your form, not read what others submitted.
