Convert a PDF to an online form
Drop a PDF — or a photo of a paper form — and watch it come back as a web form people can fill on any device. Free, no account needed, and your file is not stored.
— the form you make people print, the intake sheet, the application —
and watch it come back as a working draft. PDF or photo, up to 5 MB.
Reading your document…
Bigger documents take longer — this can run for a minute or two.
A draft, from your own document — fields and choices included. Signing up (free) lets the agent build the real thing from the whole document: it also reads a fillable PDF's own field definitions, drafts computed totals, logic and workflow, and hands you a publishable link — all editable in the builder.
How it works
From paper to a working form in three steps
-
1 Drop your PDF or a photo
The application, the intake sheet, the claim form you still email as an attachment — up to 5 MB.
-
2 See it as a web form
The fields, their types and their choices come back as a draft you can read through, in a minute or two.
-
3 Build it for real
Sign up free and the agent builds the whole form — logic, totals and a workflow — ready to publish on a link.
Questions
Before you upload
Is it free? Do I need an account?
The converter above is free and needs no account. It drafts a preview of the form from your document. Signing up — also free — lets the agent build the full form from the whole document and gives you a link you can publish.
Do I get a fillable PDF back?
No — you get something better for collecting answers: a web form that works on any phone, validates what people type, and sends each response into a list you can review. If you need a PDF of each response, Faldaro can generate one from your own document’s layout, filled in with the answers.
Does it work on scanned or photographed forms?
Yes. Upload a PDF, or a PNG, JPEG or WebP photo of a paper form, up to 5 MB. The AI reads the page the way a person would, so a scan with no text layer still works; a very blurry photo gives a rougher draft.
What happens to my file?
It is read once to draft the preview and not stored anywhere. Nothing is saved until you sign up and choose to build the form.
What can the finished form do that the PDF could not?
Show and hide questions based on earlier answers, compute totals on the server, take file uploads and card payments, send each response through an approval workflow, request e-signatures, and give the person who filled it a link to check on its progress.
